We want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our delivery options, timings, and tracking. 

Delivery Options 

We currently offer the following delivery services: 

Standard Royal Mail Delivery: Delivered within 2 to 4 working days, at no extra charge. 

First Class Delivery: Delivered within 1 to 2 working days for an additional charge of £2.99. 

All orders are sent with tracked delivery, so you can follow your parcel’s progress from the moment it leaves us to the moment it arrives with you. 

Order Processing 

Once your order has been placed, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Prescription orders will only be dispatched once they have been reviewed and approved by one of our qualified prescribers, so these may take slightly longer than non-prescription orders. 

Tracking Your Order 

As all deliveries are tracked, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way. 

Delivery Area 

We currently deliver to addresses across the UK. If you have any questions about your delivery, please get in touch with our team before placing your order. 

Missed or Delayed Deliveries 

Working days are considered Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, so please bear this in mind when placing your order, particularly around busy periods. 

If your delivery has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information in the first instance. If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us and we will look into this for you.
